This privacy policy informs you about how KAQTU Design AG ("KAQTU"), Poststrasse 20, 8610 Uster from Switzerland (registered in the commercial register of the Canton of Zurich under number CHE-250.058.356) handles data that is processed about you, whether when using our websites and mobile applications (hereinafter also "website" or "digital offers") or offline. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data and the compatibility of data processing with applicable law. In doing so, we adhere to the data protection regulations of Switzerland and the EU. You hereby acknowledge that KAQTU is the owner of the data collection consisting of the personal data collected from you and other customers.
1. Scope and purpose of collection, processing and use

To place orders on the website and to receive the services you require, you can order as a guest or open an online account. , it can process different personal data. KAQTU processes as few personal data as necessary.
KAQTU processes customer data, data from visitors, interested parties and suppliers. In particular, this means the following data types:
– Master and inventory data such as name, address, date of birth, completed transactions or third parties such as life partners and other persons in the same household who are also affected by data processing.
– Data on the living situation, the residents and their preferences, insofar as these contribute to the fulfilment of the service provision

2. Acquisition and processing of personal data in the
Implementation of credit checks
If we make advance payments, e.g. when purchasing on account, we may obtain a credit report from a credit agency based on mathematical-statistical procedures in order to protect our legitimate interests. To do so, we transmit the personal data required for a credit check to a credit agency and use the information received on the statistical probability of a payment default to make a balanced decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship. The credit report may contain probability values (score values) that are based on scientifically
